Zentonil provides support for liver function. S-adenosylmethionine increases hepatic levels of glutathione - an important antioxidant that protects hepatic cells. It may also promote hepatocellular regeneration. Zentonil Advanced also contains silybin (milk thistle) complexed with phosphatidylcholine to increase the oral uptake and bioavailability of silybin for further support of liver function. The same pure, stable salt of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) found in Zentonil Plus, with the added benefits of silybin (complexed with phosphatidylcholine). Developed specifically for veterinary use in dogs and cats. Exclusive microencapsulation technology allows tablets to be split, crushed or chewed without compromising SAMe bioavailability. SAMe particles are individually microencapsulated before the addition of silybin, to preserve bioavailability.
