Powder:  Each 1/2 teaspoon contains 2000 mg of Taurine (Free-Form).
Capsules, 500 mg: Each capsule contains 500 mg of Taurine (Free-Form). 
Capsules, 1000 mg: Each capsule contains 1000 mg of Taurine (Free-Form Amino-Acid)
