Freedom's Gate Equine Rescue is a Registered charity based in Salmon Arm, British Columbia. They rescue and adopt out between 70-100 at risk equines per year. They also offer programs to assist equine owners to care for their own animals at home when needed. Freedom's Gate is 100% volunteer run and funded solely on public donations. In addition to funds for feed and medical bills they require an ongoing supply of dewormer, first aid supplies and other medications.
