Give orally based on weight. For optimal absorption, tablets should be given on an empty stomach, at least one hour before feeding, as the presence of food decreases absorption of S-adenosylmethionine. For those owners who have difficulty administering tablets to their pets, tablet(s) may be disguised in a small bite of food. Tablets should not be split or crumbled.
Small Breed - Up to 12 lbs (5.5 kg) 1 tablet daily. Small Breed 12-34 lbs (5.5-15.5 kg) 1 tablet twice daily.
Medium Breed - 13-34 lbs (6 - 15.5 kg) 1 tablet daily. Large Breed - 35-65 lbs (16-29.5 kg) 1 tablet daily.
Large Breed - 66-120 lbs (30-54.5 kg) 2 tablets daily. Large Breed - Over 120 lbs (54.5 kg) 3 tablets daily
