Direction For Use:

Use the mesauring scoop provided to mix one dose with food, once daily. 

Weight Dosing
< 5 kg  1/4 tsp (1 g)
5 to 10 kg  1/2 tsp (2 g)
10 to 15 kg  1 tsp (3 g)
15 to 25 kg  2 tsp (6 g)
> 25 kg  1 tbsp (9 g)

In acute situations, double the above amount and give twice daily.
