My dog is elderly female-spayed. She used to pee inside an hour or so after going out and she would also leak pee around the home. Now her incontinence seems to be mostly under control, though she now wears a diaper. But I don't see any pee in the diaper and she can sometimes hold on for hours at a time. Of course, she'll pee if she drank too much water and if it was overnight.
